Engage consultatively with ASEAN clients to identify transformation opportunities to drive cost take out,
control and compliance initiatives within their businesses.
Development of target operating model, and definition of overall transformation
Work with various teams within the company to come up with compelling proposition, proposals and response to RFPs from the clients.
Engage with senior level management executives, up to and including client and their teams.
Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
Provides organizational support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry and
scanning, or similar activities.
Participation in improvement projects.
Preferring Freshers with excellent communication skills in English or proven experience in a customer support.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
