Provide foundation training to new joiners in the organization.
Ability to maintain current and relevant training materials.
Tracking the performance of the trainees during the training period.
Prepare and maintain a detailed training report for each training batch.
Upgrading the Process content about product to the existing employees.
Report the performance tracker of all employees to the assigned officials on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to understand multiple processes (Voice and Data)
Good knowledge in Excel and Power-point.
Assist in developing and implementing training & quality standards and processes to assess people performance.
