Has to work for the Telecome Mobile Retail customer support center and authorized Mobile and electronics service center. Will have to manage a team of 10 to 15 technicians for calls allocation and updating the work done in company CRM portal and Microsoft office.
He should have the basic knowledge of Microsoft office and should be ready to work in strict timing based environment. Candidate having previous experience of customer service industry will be preferred.
