• Shall be responsible for touring the given areas and Prospecting New Schools and generating sales orders.
• Shall also be responsible for retaining Existing Schools and generating sales.
• Shall be responsible for organising Seminars during the given period and ensuring maximum participation of schools to generate business.
• Shall be responsible for promoting sales of all the products of the organisations from course books, teachers training to Digital content etc.
• Shall be responsible for achieving sales target for the given region as per the goal sheet.
• Shall be responsible for timely order booking, despatches and delivery of books in coordination with Operations and Logistics team.
• Shall be responsible for payment collections and account closures within the given cycle.
• Shall be responsible to assist CSM in implementation Execution Assessment of Schools.
• Shall be responsible for following the Reporting mechanisms by way of reports, concalls etc.
