1. To prospect new customers, in B2B and B2C segment, and drive lead generation process through an opportunity pipeline management approach of customer acquisition (e.g. Sales Pipeline, Contract, Order and Payment collections) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with an independent set of medium to large size accounts for Lubricants. 2. Work closely with our chosen Lubricant suppliers and with our own Company Brand portfolio to develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, technical capability and marketing initiatives that can support both the existing customer base and target aggressive growth within the lubricants market. 3. Achieve monthly and annual Lubricants sales targets (on Volumes, Gross Margin, and new customer acquisitions, retention of existing customer, achievement of overall growth % and on collections) and ensure these are delivered in a timely and cost efficient manner. 4. Provide timely quotations to new and existing customers as required.
Candidates should be in Field Sales of the above range of Lubricants and must have handled Brands like Shell, Gulf, Veedol, Castrol, Valvoline, Petronas etc. Must have good understanding of Lubricants as a Product, with details of Lubricants application i
