To grow sales of Tyre Division in the assigned area / territory of operation, through new customer acquisition , enhancing the business portfolio of existing customers, brand building, market penetration and value selling. This involved both B2C Channels Sales or B2B – Institution and Fleet Customers Sales . It is primarily Field Sales roles, with assigned target to be achieved month on month on quantity value & margin.Must have good technical understanding of Tyre as a Product, with detailed knowledge of Tyre Servicing aspects would be essential to convince customers.
· Must be a self-starter with positive attitude and passion for Field sales and focus on growing the market segment based on monthly targets assigned.
