Towards achieving our objectives, the entire process has been defined and classified into stages.
Position Analysis : The stage entails clear understanding of the role and its classification into its essentials and preferences. A cross check on our understanding is done with the client post which a job summary is derived with a brief on the clients business status.
Identification : The objective of this is to map out all available talent suitable for the role. This would attempt using all available sources (The Data base, web site subscriptions, references/ head hunting etc) Assessment: A preliminary shortlist is derived and contact made with the prospective candidates. Each candidate is met personally to explain the role requirements and evaluated on suitability for the role. This is further validated by a reference check of the candidate. Candidates are evaluated and ranked based on their suitability for the role.
Client Co-ordination : A report of the our assessment of proposed candidates and their ranking is presented to the client along with a candidate summary arranged in a standardized format A tracker of progress on the search with each passing week is maintained and provided to the client.
Closure : Upon intimation by the client, a regular follow up is maintained with the candidate and when required details of the offer communicated. Should it be required we undertake the entire salary negotiation exercise to periodic updates provided to the client.
Shaleen management consultants have a team of 10 professionals and four associate offices across India with an intellectual capital of 6 years in the recruitment industry.
